The heart of Young Life is building relationships with adolescents where the gospel flow naturally.

This page is dedicated to building interest in forming a Young Life presence in Battle Ground, WA.

We want to reach kids in the middle schools, high school, those with special needs, teen moms, and beyond.

Leaders

The single most important thing you can do is pray, pray for the kids of Battle Ground. Pray that if it's God's will, Young Life will reach a multitude with the gospel.

We are looking for a team of people willing to pray diligently for the ministry of Young Life.

Caring adults strengthen a local Young Life ministry.

Young Life committees are the lifeline for Young Life in the local area. The committee is a group of local adults who care about kids and are committed to Young Life's mission to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith.

Committee is also active in supporting the local Young Life ministry by praying for local Young Life, by fundraising, securing administrative resources and encouraging staff.

Men and women of all ages, willing to step outside their comfort zones and into the lives of young people.

These are the following areas of ministry:

High School

Teen Moms

Special Needs Kids

Battle Ground Young Life Needs

LOCATION/BUILDING

Perhaps of the biggest needs we have is a location to gather with kids. The criteria for an ideal location is as follows:

A building big enough to proclaim the gospel to as many kids a possible
Within walking distance from downtown Battle Ground. We want those who don’t have transportation to be able to walk to Young Life meetings.
A place that has room for a game room, a meeting space, and bathrooms.

Food

We need to feed our kids. We are looking for food donations, meals ready to eat, for when we gather with our kids.

Game Room Games

We hope to fill our gathering space with game room games such as Foosball, ping pong table, etc. Reach out if you’re willing to donate these items.
