Equipment Needs

Big Needs
  • Enclosed utility trailer with enough room to carry sound system, music equipment, club props.
Musical Equipment
  • Drums
  • Drum Microphone
  • Sound System
  • Microphones (x2)
  • Mic stands
  • Music stands

 

Electronic Needs
  • Video Projector
  • Laptop to run slides

Volunteer Needs

Club Support
  • Sound Technician to run sound on Monday nights at the BG Community Center.
  • Someone to run slides.
Setup and Breakdown
  • Setup sound equipment 6:00 PM on Monday nights
  •  Breakdown sound equipment 8:30 PM. 

Food Needs

Serving Food
  • Serve kids food at 7:00 PM on Monday nights. Setup at 6:00 PM. Clean up after. 
Make Food
  • Make food for club kids. Here is a list of ideas:
    • Quesadillas
    • Chili
    • Burgers 
Donate Food
  • Pay for food.
